The HI Club for Wellness is a compassionate team led by a nurse practitioner who provides mobile services in obtaining a 329 card through the state of Hawaii and offers support throughout the process. Whether applying as a new client or renewing your card, the provider is dedicated to providing you with a streamlined experience. We are expanding services by going to your home because we feel many individuals can qualify for medical cannabis, which has the potential to help manage symptoms of chronic illnesses and inevitably improve your quality of life.

We are starting our journey on the Big Island. Our mission is to grow mobile services throughout additional islands in the future.
